Welcome to the Forsaken Rage Guild! By now you will have read the Guild Charter that gives an overall view to the nature and purpose of the FR. This guide is intended to brief you on the history of the MK and the guild rules that are NOT posted within the charter.

The Forsaken Rage Guild originated about 3 years ago Earth Time.Origionally Formed by key members of the Mysterian Knights as an aggressive Anti Pk Guild, since then the Mysterian Knights Guild Leaders Quit playing, leaving us in Forsaken Rage to carry on the tradtion of one of the oldest and most respected Guild on Rallos Zek. We have grown from the original ten founding members to a staggering 140+ as of this time.(3/11/04 - atm the guild is undergoing a rebuilding phase as a guild bug wiped us nearly out we are currently around 50 members strong!)

Rules of Conduct

1. No swearing on guildsays! Silversneak buys tasty soap wholesale, and Rosian uses it liberally when this rule is broken.

2. No random Player Killing. Forsaken Rage is a anti-PK guild. Yes, we DO kill players, but only in reaction to injustice perpetrated by the player.

3. No alternate characters that are Player Killers on the same server as the FR are allowed. Discovery of an FR with an alternate PK character will result in immediate dismissal from the guild.

4. No assistance of any type to known Player Killers. Do not sell to them, trade with them, teleport them, heal them, group with them, etc.

5. Always help a guild mate whenever feasible. This does NOT mean that members are required to drop whatever they are doing to assist a member with something the member should be capable of doing themselves, nor does it mean the guild will give away valuable items to new people just because they are in the guild. To paraphrase a cliché, ask not what the guild can do for you, but what you can do for the guild.

6. NEVER harm a guildmate, or through inaction allow a guildmate to come to harm. This is grounds for immediate dismissal.

7. Do not steal. This is self explanatory.

8. The guild is NOT a democracy. The officers are to be obeyed, and the final authority is the Guild Master.

9. No race wars. The FR judge individuals by their actions, not their race or creed. We are the proverbial melting pot, and include among our ranks members from nearly all of Norraths diverse races and cultures.

10. All members will be required to assist in any call to arms issued by the GM or officer of the guild. If your nature does not permit killing for any reason, you will be expected to lend a hand with healing, or tracking, or whatever particular skill you can contribute.

11. Group whenever possible with other Forsaken Rage. This builds unity and provides safety. This does not mean you cannot group with other friends, but whenever possible try to include your guildmates as well. We protect each other AND the other innocents in Norrath from the evil PKers, as well as helping each other level.

12. Please do not spam the guildsays. They are busy enough as it is :)

13. Teleport rides are a privilege, not a right. Do not expect the guilds few teleporters to come running every time you call. You have two feet. Use them :)

14. No internal bickering. This brings disunity. If you have a problem with a guildmate, speak to an officer about it and get it settled. Don't let it fester, and don't drag it out in guildsays. One for all and all for one!

Raid Rules

An officer will lead all raids unless they have appointed an alternate raid leader ahead of time. You will be informed of whom is leading the raid at the time of the raid. Only the raid leader should be talking during the raid as his instructions could prevent untimely deaths and mass confusion in general. If you have a question that must needs to be asked please ask your group leader they can then ask the raid leader and inform you of the answer. There will be no open debate with the raid leader period. If you openly debate the raid leaders’ decision you will forfeit all loot for the remainder of the raid.

Raid Loot Rules

Loot will be called by the raid leader based on who is there and who is in need of the item the most, unless that person has already had one loot that raid then they must wait till all have had one loot before they may loot again. The only exception to this rule is if a class specific item and they are the only ones of that class at the raid or the other person of that class already has said item. When on a multi guild raid loot rules will be handled by the Forsaken Rage raid leader for our guild, you may be asked to roll on certain items depending on what was agreed upon with the other guilds, but the raid leader will inform you if you need to roll or not do not roll or do anything without the raid leader saying to do so. In the most cases the raid leader from each guild will roll amongst themselves and the guild raid leader that won the roll will then call out loot within there guild.

Promotions

New members are always interested in moving up through the ranks to officer levels. The guild does encourage this. To be promoted to officer status you must demonstrate leadership qualities by helping others and assisting in fighting our foes. Officer candidates must be nominated by fellow guildmembers, and are elected by the current officers.

Recruiting New Members

Forsaken Rage is always looking for a few good people :) If you have a friend you would like to recruit, or are approached by a player interested in joining, first spend a little time playing with that person or observing them to see if you think they would be a good fit for the guild. Ask them to read our charter, and after they have then refer them to an officer. Only officers can invite someone into the guild. The officer will question you and the prospective member, and ask around the guild for any additional information available on the prospect.

Leaving the Guild

As with any large, vital group our membership does change from time to time. New people are admitted, old friends go. The guild understands and appreciates this. If you feel for personal reasons that you must leave the guild there are no hard feelings. If you leave the guild because you have decided to embark on a life of Pking then you join the ranks of our enemies and will be treated accordingly.

If you have any questions not covered in this brief guide please feel free to contact any officer online.

Best of luck in your future journeys and safe hunting!

(PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE)
